About
Aldora Education is the consultancy service offered by Paul Dwyer, following fourteen years in school leadership, including six as Head.
My experience is drawn from a number of highly successful GSA and HMC schools, as well as policy and governance roles for organisations such as the Chartered College of Teaching. My approach is informed by a full appreciation of the increasing complexity faced by Heads and their leadership teams.
Running a school now means holding the educational question, the human one and the financial one at the same time. Aldora exists to help leaders navigate these demands in whatever form is genuinely useful.
From curriculum reviews and professional development programme design, through to coaching or bespoke analysis and advisory work for governing bodies, my aim is to help ensure schools are able to move with strategic clarity and focus.
